Pastor Trenton Williams
Born and raised in San Pedro, California—affectionately known as “Dro City”—Pastor Trenton Williams is a servant of Christ who prefers to keep the spotlight on the Lord rather than himself. By God’s grace, he was saved through faith and called into pastoral ministry in 2012. Since then, he has served faithfully as an interim pastor, been installed as a full-time shepherd, and ultimately followed God’s call to launch Unplugged Believers Assembly in 2019.
The heartbeat of his ministry is simple but powerful: to be unplugged from the world and fully plugged into God. Pastor Trenton leads with a heart for discipleship, community transformation, and uncompromising biblical truth. Whether preaching, mentoring, or serving, his aim is always to glorify Christ and shepherd God’s people with love, humility, and faithfulness.
Vision Statement
At Unplugged Believers Assembly, our vision is to take an active and faithful role in the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18–20). We are committed to raising up mature disciples who are grounded in Scripture, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and equipped to share the gospel in both word and deed. Through intentional discipleship, relational ministry, and consistent outreach, we seek to engage the local and global community with the life-changing truth of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to see lives transformed, families restored, and entire communities impacted for the glory of God.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to embody the heart, hands, and feet of Jesus Christ in a hurting world. We aim to fulfill the truth and promises of Holy Scripture by living lives shaped by the gospel—lives marked by love, service, holiness, and compassion. Through acts of mercy, biblical teaching, spiritual mentoring, and community care, we strive to be a visible reflection of Christ’s presence. Whether feeding the hungry, walking with the broken, teaching the truth in love, or lifting up the downtrodden, we exist to serve people with the same grace that has been given to us—so that every soul we encounter might see Christ in us and come to know Him.
Who we are…
“Unplugged from the world and plugged into God
Unplugged Believers Assembly was founded in January 2019 in the heart of Compton, beginning as a small gathering of dedicated believers seeking truth through Bible study and fellowship.
As our community grew, God opened doors for expansion, leading us to Inglewood, where we met twice weekly—Wednesdays for Pastoral Teaching and Saturdays for Worship & Word. In time, we relocated to Los Angeles, where we continue to grow in faith, fellowship, and devotion to Christ.
Rooted in Calvinistic theology, our doctrine is firmly grounded in the sovereignty of God, the authority of Scripture, and the power of grace. We are committed to being “unplugged from the world and plugged into God,” living lives that reflect His truth and righteousness. Our mission is to diligently study God’s Word, proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples, and serve those in need.
Inspired by the life and teachings of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we strive to fulfill the Father’s will as revealed in the Holy Bible. We invite you to join us as we walk in faith, worship in spirit and truth, and serve with love and purpose. Come be a part of a Christ-centered community dedicated to growing deeper in the Word and impacting lives for His glory.
